The Infinite Power of Gratitude

We hear it very often... be thankful, be grateful... And no wonder why...
Our mind is set on "negative" mode by default. And taking the time daily to acknowledge the blessings (small and big) in our lives slowly start to influence and shift our system to "positive" mode.

Gratitude is our antidote to fear and toxicity. It brings us to see the beautiful, the positive, the magic in the seemingly ordinary moments. It invites us to appreciate every moment, every experience and leads us to a richer life and a new way to see and experience things. It trains us to focus n what we have rather than on lacks or what others have.
Like a photographer capturing an instant, gratitude allows us to see the extraordinary in the simple and the ordinary.

If you are not practicing this already, make it one of your intentions maybe :-)

  • Buy a notebook or a journal

  • Each day, write down your 10 blessings, small or big. It can be: thank you for this breath, thank you for the bed that allows me to rest each night, thank you for the food on my plate, thank you for the technology that allows us to stay connected, thank you for the sun rising every morning...

  • Write them each day

  • And you may even add images, photos, drawings, a flower you found while walking: let your creativity flow!

Imagine gratitude like a muscle that you work... Do not take anything for granted.
Everything has become so accessible these days. We have become so in a hurry, so impatient and addicted to "everything right here right now".
So each day, let’s take a moment to be grateful and thankful for what we have, and once again it does not have to be big. Even if on some days we do not feel like it. We choose to feed our mind with positivity, love, kindness and beauty.
Upon waking up, take a moment to sit on your bed with your eyes closed, bring a smile to your face and say thank you for this new day, this breath of life. Not always easy when we are buried under stressful tasks and responsibilities but it is about showing up our best as much as we can.

As for me, I would like to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU - "mauru'uru !
Thank you for being here, thank you for your support and trust, thank you for your kind messages. Thank you!

Love wholeheartedly, be surprised, give thanks and praise – then you will discover the fullness of your life
